We collect only the information you give us — name, phone, email, ZIP code and project details — and use it to quote and fulfill your order. We do not sell your information. Text messages are used for quotes and order updates; reply STOP to opt out. Questions: sales@buyturf.vegas.
Terms & Conditions
Prices are subject to change and availability until an order is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Cut turf and special orders are final sale. Reservations hold material for 24 hours unless a deposit is placed. Installation work is scheduled after deposit and site confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Warehouse pickup is free during business hours. Valley delivery starts at $79 and is free on orders over $2,500. Delivery windows are scheduled by phone; someone 18 or older must be present for backyard placement. Freight shipping outside Southern Nevada is quoted per order.
Returns & Refunds
Uncut, unused full rolls may be returned within 14 days with receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cut-to-length pieces, used/event turf and installed material are non-returnable. Manufacturer warranty claims on new turf are handled through us at no charge to you.
